The ASMT was registered in Nigeria in 2007 by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2004 as a professional and academic institution in the business of providing educational services, professional manpower development, capacity building and skills enhancement in management and technology practice and services.

Objective

• To facilitate forum for political and corporate executive leaders interaction and cross-fertilization of ideas on strategic development goals.

• To conduct motivational symposium and discuss guidelines for positive and negative mannerisms towards leadership development

• To promote issues of conscience, rule of law, humanity, law and justice which stabilizes nation’s growth and development

• To conduct academic and professional training, retraining and development courses, seminars, symposium, conferences, workshops, summits for top management executives, administrative officers, middle manpower cadre, technical and professional supporting staff with a view to enhancing business and public service productivity, results and goals achievement in all sectors.

African School of Management Technology has multifaceted resource team and institutional collaboration from where the best academic intellectuals and professional experts are sourced in areas of specialization to meet its all-purpose training, education and skill development needs of its target audience.

The Academic Authority of ASMT include representatives from the Board of Chartered Institute of Certified Secretaries & Reporters of Nigeria(CICSRN) founded in 1981and chartered by Act of Parliament No. 16 of 2015.

The Academic Authority which is the top management team is made up of the Deans of faculties of the School and the Coordinating Director.
